This Guarantee is for all birds sold from CAP Wings of Glory Aviary. I Guarantee that my bird is disease free. The buyer has three days from the delivery date and time to have the bird examined by a Board Certified Avian Veterinarian.
If found to have pre existing disease by a Board Certified Avian Veterinarian, the buyer will be entitled to another bird of equal value. If one is not available or will not become available within 30 days, I will refund the full purchase price of the bird. I do not refund any other expense the buyer may incur.
In order to receive a refund, the buyer must return the bird to me with the closed band matching the band id listed on the written guarantee still on leg, a report from the Board Certified Avian Vet stating the disease and the bird must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Should the bird die within 72 hours from the delivery date and time, the buyer must have the bird examined by a Board Certified Avian Veterinarian and have a necropsy performed to determine the cause of death. If the necropsy indicates that the cause of death was from a pre-existing disease, I the seller will refund the buyer the full purchase price of the bird or offer a replacement of equal Value.
If the buyer does not comply with the steps outlined above, this health guarantee will be null and void.
I want to make clear if you chose to take your bird to a Board Certified Avian Vet for a check up that is your bill I do not pay for bird check ups I only refund or offer you another if Vet finds anything.
